Future Nostalgia Creative ("we", "us") operates the Cambridge Events website at cambridgeevents.ca, and a mobile app where one is available for your area. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using Cambridge Events you agree to this policy.

Browsing the calendar and directory does not require an account. The events you save are stored only on your own device and are not sent to us.

Business accounts. If you list a business, we collect the email and password you use to sign in, and the business profile you provide — name, public contact details, address, links, and the events you submit. This information runs your listings; public profile and event details are shown publicly by design.

Usage analytics. Where a Cambridge Events mobile app is available, that app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to record which screens are viewed, along with the standard device and usage data Google collects, so we can understand and improve it. This website does not run that analytics.

To operate the calendar and directory, review and publish submitted events, respond to support and correction requests, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication, and hosting), Google Firebase (mobile analytics), and Vercel (website hosting). Each handles data under its own terms and security practices.

Business owners can request a copy or deletion of their account data by emailing us. You can clear your saved events by removing them on your device. Where a mobile app is available, you can limit its analytics through your device’s operating-system privacy settings.

Cambridge Events is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy; the date below reflects the latest version. Material changes will be posted here.
